FLO TECH CONTOUR CUSHION - AT RISK

The surface of the Flo-tech Contour cushion is contoured into sections. This unique design improves posture and increases the support surface area, effectively dissipating weight away from specific pressure points. The combination of improved posture and increased support surface area will contribute significantly to pressure ulcer prevention. This deep cushion is suitable for heavier users without bottoming out. The pommel at front of the cushion separates the thighs, encourages good posture and allows air to circulate. The contoured seating surface improves stability and postural support and also delivers greater degree of weight distribution compared to a flat surface. The cover is two-way stretch, water resistant and vapour permeable which allows user movement, reduces the potential for shear and friction, ensures good circulation and reduces the potential for skin maceration. The cover also has an anti-slip base.
