Full breakdown recovery for you and your product

No reason to worry about being stranded if you breakdown while you are out and about on your scooter or powerchair because Premier Care will arrange to recover you and your product and take you safely home.

Accidental Damage
- even by fire, theft, storm or vandalism

Full cover against loss or accidental damage whatever the cause

You do not need to fear the unexpected as Premier Care will cover the cost of repairing your product if it is lost or damaged by any accidental cause including fire, storm, theft and vandalism.

Public Liability

Personal liability against third party claims

In an ever increasingly litigious society it is vital that you have this sort of cover to protect against third party claims which may arise as in connection with the ownership, possession or use of your mobility product up to £2,000,000.

Lost Starter Keys

Lost starter keys

Premier Care will pay up to £50.00 to repay you for costs incurred if you are unlucky enough to lose your keys while you are away from your home address

Worldwide Cover

World wide cover while you are on holiday

If you need to take your mobility product on holiday with you Premier Care will cover it (subject to prior notification) at no additional cost for up to 30 days in any one year.

Extended Warranty

With all their years’ experience in the field of insurance and warranty on mobility products Premier Care Warranty has been developed with you in mind. We know that if your scooter or powerchair suffers mechanical or electrical breakdown, you want it repaired as quickly and easily as possible. We also know that you do not want to have to pay for the cost of the repair which, in some cases, can be high and then wait to claim your money back from us so we pay the repairing agent direct.

Mechanical or Electrical Breakdown

Mechanical & Electrical Faults

If your scooter breaks down as a result of mechanical or electrical failure Premier Care will pay for the cost of rectifying the fault. If, as a result of the fault, your product is judged to be beyond economic repair Premier Care will replace it with a like for like product. In both cases Premier Care will make the payment direct to the repairing agent so that you are not temporarily out of pocket.

Parts, Labour and Callout

Parts, Callout & Labour

Premier Care offers a comprehensive warranty which will cover the cost of all parts, labour and call out and with no excesses to be paid no matter how many times you claim.
